This one week intensive provides extra training in all elements of jazz. Utilizing but not limited to isolation movements, precise leg, arm and foot movements, breathtaking jumping techniques and turns while creating different styles. Along with emphasizing strong technique that portrays freedom and effortlessness. The class will have an emphasis on the “up” and “down” beats, and focus on syncopated rhythms in the music. This is often seen through spontaneous, sassy, and dramatic movements. Limited space available.

This one week intensive combines ballet and jazz dancing techniques creating the lyrical or contemporary dance form. Dancers will learn the art of expressing strong emotions to music expressing the lyrics of the music. This one week intensive will push you out of your comfort zone, help you explore different types of movement and improve your musicality. Dance Inprovisation (commonly known as improv) is the process of creating movement without pre-planning any steps or choreography. Free movement is a great way to have fun, relieve any stress and explore new ways to move and the best part is there are absolutely no rules,. You are the dancer , creator and choreographer!
