COMPETITIVE DANCE PROGRAM
THE PERFORMING LINE DANCER IS… a student who desires an extra challenge and feels that dance is more than an “activity” they want to attend once per week. These dancers are given a more accelerated dance education and crave the thrill of competing for feedback and medal placement. Performing line dancers begin their training in August each year, after auditions, and have the option to dance all the way through to our summer intensive each July. The Performing Line Program is a great avenue for dancers of all ages to explore the world of competition, much like sports, as well as to help them develop high self-confidence and self-esteem.
